MONOLOCKE RULES AND CONDITIONS-

Catch only the first Poison type you find per route/area
If there are no Poison types to be found on a route, then no Pokemon can be caught there.
Dupes Clause is OFF
Shiny Clause is on, but unless it is Poison-type, it cannot be used
Everything must be nicknamed according to a desserts/sweets theme
Repels, Stat Boosters, and X-Items cannot be used
Rare Candies and PP Ups can be used when found
Starter has been changed to a randomly selected base evolution Poison type
TMs and Move Tutor moves have been randomized and their compatibility with Pokemon adjusted.
Pokemon are randomized, though Legendaries are excluded and Pokemon are kept about the same strength as the regular Pokemon would be (i.e. no Venusaur on the first route)
