This is for ~Kame-Ghost's Dragon Pokemon collab.
I chose Latias because wynaut.
Actually, I kinda wanted to see how much I improved drawing Latias since my last drawing of her, in "Latios Lives in Latias". Man, that drawing is old.
I drew that pretty much the summer I signed up to DA, and it still gets favorites. XD
I hope that doesn't pose a problem.
